Latin America will come together in Mexico City through gastronomy and hospitality at Food&Wine Festival 2026, taking place November 7 and 8 in the gardens of Campo Marte. Under the theme “Mirando al Sur,” this year’s festival turns its focus to Latin America and one of the region’s greatest cultural strengths: the art of welcoming.
Over two days, some of the continent’s most interesting cooks will join leading chefs from hotels and restaurants in Mexico, showing how contemporary Latin American cuisine is built from territory, exchange, service, and hospitality. Among the invited international chefs is Randy Siles of Costa Rica, recognized as a chef, researcher, and reference in regenerative gastronomy and sustainable food systems. His work with ancestral ingredients and techniques, regenerative agriculture, and responsible fishing reflects a vision where sustainability, identity, and social commitment move forward together.

The international lineup also includes Guido Ojeda, an Argentine chef based in Roatán, Honduras, who leads the culinary proposal at Alera in the Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort & Spa, and Rafael Casin, executive chef of JW Marriott Lima, representing Peru through its vast pantry of local, national, and organic products.
They will be joined by recognized talents from Mexican hospitality, including Jonatán Gómez Luna of Le Chique and Xuna, Nayeli Caballero of The Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City, and Alejandro Euroza of Montage Los Cabos. Together, the chefs will invite guests to experience Latin America through its cuisines, ingredients, memories, and traditions.
