Recipe: Red Snapper Ceviche by Chef Randy Siles

RED SNAPPER CEVICHE by Chef Randy Siles

Serves: 2 People

Ingredients:

  •  1/2 lb.  fresh red snapper (chopped)
  •  2T. fresh lime juice
  •  2T. mango (chopped)
  •  2T. heart of palm (chopped)
  •  A handful of Cilantro (chopped)
  •  1/2 small purple onion (chopped)
  •  Salt (to taste)
  •  Pepper (to taste)
  •  1/2T.  Olive oil

Instructions:

Always try to use locally-sourced fresh ingredients. Mix everything in a bowl and serve.
